What is a RN to BSN degree?

RN Degrees: RN to BSN Degree

A degree option for already-registered nurses is to get your RN to BSN degree. RN to BSN degrees are designed for nurses who have an associate's degree or who have completed a nursing diploma program and earned their RN license, but do not yet have their BSN degree. Many schools take into consideration the courses you have already completed in your previous schooling and may give you credit for that already-completed work. Some schools also give credit for previous work experience. For any RN who is interested in career advancement, most medical facilities require a bachelor's degree. If you want to advance your career but do not yet have a BSN, consider one of the many available RN to BSN programs.
